Dynamite Chili Fingers

Dynamite is a great snack for friends and families gatherings, from the word itself they called it Dynamite because as soon as you had your first bite it's such a bomb, you can never stop munching these crispy chili fingers. The taste of cheese, pork with a picante makes you crave for more. I usually served and see it at family or friends drinking sessions(Inuman Session). Here in the Philippines we called it Pulutan (pika-pika) or finger foods. It besteeest served with an ice cold beer. When making Dynamites it is best to used the big chili fingers(siling haba),as the big ones are not too spicy and I also soak them in water for 5 minutes so it’ll sure be crispier. It’s a little bit time consuming, but all worth the goodness.

Here's my Dynamite Crispy Chili Fingers Recipe and let me know what you think.
